Vinification: slight maceration on the lees, soft pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation.
Aging: stays on the lees in closed tank for 120 days.
Refermented in closed tank by Charmat Method.
This Brut sparkling wine, made exclusively from Sangiovese grapes, displays characteristics scents of cherries and red berries, alternating with those of flowers and citrus fruit. Appealingly fresh and tangy on the palate, its effervescence is accompanied by an attractive fruitiness.
